Casa Lambretta Casa200 Sport cylinder kit for Lambretta S1 + S2 + TV2 + S3 + TV3 + Special + SX + DL + Serveta (125,150 & 175cc)  + CasaCase.

The new Casa200 SPORT X1s kit   has been extensively revised and updated with the usual  Casa Lambretta quality . It joins the Casa185 kit and is designed for all Lambrettists looking for greater performance than the classic and proven traditional Casa185!

The aluminum cylinder has 7 ports and is supplied with the appropriate concentric head with the special fin design which significantly helps heat dissipation.

The new 66.4mm diameter Meteor double ring piston uses NPR (Nippon Piston Ring) rings.

An absolute novelty is the trapezoidal profile of the exhaust port with the "T shape" figure patented by Gilardoni, a  Casa Lambretta world exclusive  for Lambretta cylinders!

The fifth transfer is made by casting, more functional and safe.

As always, the casting is carried out using a steel mould, which guarantees quality and perfection. All cylinders are always the same, no defects.

The exhaust port threads are reinforced with a steel insert, impossible to damage them.

The Casa 200 Sport kit has wide intake manifold studs, Lambretta 200 type, for this the  X12a intake manifold is available , which allows the assembly of the highly tested Dell'Orto PHBH or PHBL carburettors 

The kit is supplied complete with gaskets for assembly.

*Please note, the piston is supplied with a 39mm height for standard fitment to crankshafts with 58mm stroke and 107mm connecting rod. On TV 175 models it will be necessary to change the crankshaft
